Terrible app, I can find all of this and more between Facebook and Google. I was expecting more. 1 star is too much. I would give half a star out of five.

Doesnt do anything. Loads, asks you your city and then nothing...

App is somewhat clunky, makes poor use of screen real estate, and operates only in portrait mode. Disappointing!

Finally there is an app for woodbuffalo that allows us to communicate in a different way with the municipality. Great job. Thank you for finally releasing this.

Have yet to be able to register my car for over night parking as the app continually provides an error when submitting registration info. If the City is going to direct people to the app for parking registration, the least they could do is make sure it actually works.

Helpful app. There are many typos though.

Ever since the most recent update my app doesnt allow me to report issues.

Unable to process report after taking picture. Please fix or this App is useless.

Even the basics are missing. Had to remove the app to get out of Peel region site. Should be able to change dashboard icons. Nothing in discover section. Garbage /Recycling has other non related content. Will wait a while to download again hoping it will be improved.

When changing address, you lose what you’ve previously entered, having to start fresh again. There should be a history, with favourites and at a minimum a ‘home’ entry. Send it back to the drawing board and think like an end-user.

I used this app for Barrie, I have moved since to Waterdown. Please add Waterdown to your list :)

I use this app to help me remember what goes out on garbage day and when that day changes from the norm. Works without a hitch.
